Test Procedure of Rebar Marking Machine

  1. Initial inspection: The machine should be examined for any visible damages or loose parts. 
  2. Calibration: Power on the machine to warm it up first, then calibrate the marking system according to the manufacturer's instructions for precise markings. 
  3. Marking Precision: Test the machine's ability to mark sample rebars accurately and ensure all markings are aligned, legible, and meet the required standards.
