Universal Testing Machine 1000kN Electro-Hydraulic Servo Control

Universal Testing Machine 1000kN Servo-Hydraulic used for the mechanics property test such as the tensile, bending, compression, etc to various metallic and non-metallic materials. The testers have been developed according to BS EN 10002-1, ISO 7500-1 & ASTM A370 “Metal Tensile Test Method” with the adoption of the electro-hydraulic servo control and electronic measurement. It can automatically process the test result for statistical purposes and print default or user-defined test reports.

Universal Testing Machine 1000kN uses the micro-computer automatic data collection and processing, real-time display of the test data and curves. It has functions such as unlimited storage of test results in the computer, printing the test results and curves, processing the batch test result report, managing the database, and so on. It also has a network interface. It can automatically seek the multiple technical parameters such as elastic module E upper yield strength ReH, lower yield strength REL, stipulated non-proportional elongation intensity Rr, tensile strength Rm, stipulated total elongation intensity Rt, yield point percentage elongation, etc.

Test Procedure of Universal Testing Machine 1000kN Electro-Hydraulic Servo Control

  1. Preparation: Set up the testing area, ensuring adequate space and safety measures. Prepare the specimen according to the testing requirements and ensure it fits within the UTM's capacity.
  2. Calibration: Calibrate the UTM according to manufacturer instructions to ensure accurate force and displacement measurements.
  3. Setup: Configure testing parameters such as mode (tension, compression), speed, and limits on the UTM's control panel.
  4. Mounting: Securely mount the specimen onto the grips or fixtures, ensuring proper alignment.
  5. Initiation: Start the test using the control panel or software interface and monitor its progress.
  6. Data Collection: Collect data during the test, including force applied and displacement, ensuring accuracy.
  7. Completion: End the test when the specimen fails or reaches predefined limits. Stop the UTM and remove the specimen from the grips.
  8. Analysis: Analyze the collected data to determine material properties and compare them with standards.
  9. Reporting: Prepare a concise report summarizing the test procedure, specimen details, parameters, results, and conclusions.
  10. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on the UTM to ensure its continued accuracy and reliability.
