Automatic Compression Machine, Computer Control is used to determine the compressive strength of concrete by gradually and uniformly applying compressive force to a concrete sample through operating from a computer to control the force load and record data automatically, streamlining the testing process.

Automatic Compression Machine, Computer Control, 3000kN features a user-friendly interface with a one-click "RUN" button for easy operation and clear menu display indication. Users can customize the number of decimal points displayed for Load, Strength, and Speed. Real-time display of Load against Time curve is available, with options to include the curve in the test report. The software allows for up to 10 samples per report and offers unlimited storage of test results in computer memory. Users can input Test Number, Strength, Age, Sample Size (cube, block, & cylinder), and Loading Speed. Test reports can be immediately printed with a connected printer, with the flexibility to manually input header information such as customer details, weight, mixing ratio, and project information. Automatic or manual loading options are provided for calibration, with an auto-correction function for load errors. The software comprises dual programs for compression and flexural tests.

Test Procedure of Automatic Compression Machine, Computer Control, 2000kN

  1. Preparation of Specimens: Prepare the test specimens according to the relevant standards or specifications. This may involve casting concrete cubes, molding metal cylinders, or preparing other materials for compression testing. Ensure that the specimens are properly cured, conditioned, and labeled with relevant information such as specimen ID, dimensions, and material type.
  2. Machine Setup: Power on the Automatic Compression Machine and the connected computer system. Calibrate the machine if necessary to ensure accurate measurement and control of compression force. Verify that the testing area is clear and safe for operation.

  7. Test Completion: Once the specimen reaches failure or the test is complete according to the predefined criteria, the machine stops applying load automatically. Record the maximum load sustained by the specimen and any other relevant data displayed on the software interface.
  8. Report Generation: Generate a test report using the software, which may include: Test parameters (e.g., specimen ID, dimensions, material type). Test results (e.g., maximum load, compressive strength). Load versus time curve (if selected). Any additional information or comments provided by the user.
