More than just a sieving aid, it acts as a proficient dehydrating agent for samples, ensuring accuracy and reliability in your results.

- Agitation Technique: Sonic Sifters employ a unique combination of acoustic energy and tapping to swiftly separate samples while minimizing cloth wear. With 3,600 sonic energy pulses per minute, these devices vibrate an air column through up to seven 3in or 8in (203mm) ful l-height sieves. This process ensures precise sizing of t iny samples with the size of particle as fine as 5μm.
- Microprocessor Control: Equipped with an intern al microprocessor, these sifters offer meticulous control over oscillation amplitude. The ten-program memory feature fits materials with diverse densities and textures, guaranteeing consistent outcomes. Every single program memory includes three specific time intervals: gradually increasing to the desired maximum amplitude, maintaining the maximum amplitude for a set duration, and then decreasing back to zero amplitude. Users have the flexibility to customize tapping duration and positioning based on their requirements.
- Sieving Action: The sieving action of Sonic Sifters is adaptable for various material densities and textures. It creates a vertical air column that oscillates through a single sieve or a set of sieves. This movement alternately raises the sample and helps it through the sieve apertures. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted, enhancing its versatility.
- Mechanical Pulse: Additionally, a vertical mechanical pulse can be applied at normal intervals to the sieves,breaking down clustered particles and eliminating aperture blinding.
- Minimal Sample Attrition: One of the standout features of Sonic Sifters is their minimal impact on sample attrition and virtually zero screen wear, ensuring accurate results without compromising sample integrity.
