Automatic Compression Machine, Computer Control, 2000kN
Automatic Compression Machine, Computer Control is used to determine the compressive strength of concrete by gradually and uniformly applying compressive force to a concrete sample through operating from a computer to control the force load and record data automatically, streamlining the testing process.
Automatic Compression Machine with Computer Control 2000kN Features allowing more precise control over the compression process. Operators can input parameters such as compression force, speed, and duration, and the machine executes the test accordingly. This machine provides a user-friendly interface with a one-click "RUN" operation and a clear menu display indication. It offers options to select the number of decimal points for displaying Load, Strength, and Speed. Real-time display of Load against Time curve is available, with the option to include the curve in the test report. The software allows for adding up to 10 samples per report and offers unlimited storage of test results in computer memory. Users can input Test Number, Strength, Age, Sample Size (cube, block, & cylinder), and Loading Speed. Test reports can be printed immediately after the test with a connected printer, and users can manually input report header information such as customer details, weight, mixing ratio, project, etc. The software includes both automatic and manual loading options for calibration, with an auto-correction function for load errors. Additionally, it consists of dual programs for compression and flexural tests.
Newly upgraded model, rigid, compact & with a brand new outlook. Old AC motor was replaced by a new imported DC motor for more durability, low noise pollution, low oil temperature & low power consumption. Extra improvement on safety features with full protection cover & piston travel protection switch cover.

Standards
- EN 12390-3: This is a European standard that specifies the method for determining the compressive strength of hardened concrete specimens. It outlines procedures for preparing and testing cylindrical or cubical concrete specimens under specified conditions. EN 12390-3 provides guidance on equipment, specimen preparation, testing procedures, and calculation of results. Compliance with this standard ensures that concrete meets the required strength criteria for various construction applications.
- ASTM C39: Published by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), ASTM C39 is a widely recognized standard used in the United States and internationally for determining the compressive strength of cylindrical concrete specimens. Similar to EN 12390-3, ASTM C39 provides detailed procedures for specimen preparation, testing methods, and calculation of results. It is commonly referenced in construction specifications and quality control procedures to ensure the performance of concrete meets specified requirements.
- AASHTO T22: AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) T22 is a standard test method used in the United States for determining the compressive strength of cylindrical concrete specimens. It is specifically tailored for applications related to transportation infrastructure, such as highways and bridges. AASHTO T22 outlines procedures similar to ASTM C39 for specimen preparation, testing, and result calculation, ensuring the quality and durability of concrete used in transportation projects.
Test Procedure of Automatic Compression Machine, Computer Control, 2000kN
- Preparation of Specimens: Prepare the test specimens according to the relevant standards or specifications. This may involve casting concrete cubes, molding metal cylinders, or preparing other materials for compression testing. Ensure that the specimens are properly cured, conditioned, and labeled with relevant information such as specimen ID, dimensions, and material type.
- Machine Setup: Power on the Automatic Compression Machine and the connected computer system. Calibrate the machine if necessary to ensure accurate measurement and control of compression force. Verify that the testing area is clear and safe for operation.
- Specimen Loading: Place the prepared specimen on the compression platen or between the compression plates of the machine. Ensure proper alignment and centering of the specimen to avoid any misalignment during testing.
- Software Initialization: Launch the control software on the connected computer. Input relevant test parameters such as specimen dimensions, testing standards, loading rate, and any specific requirements for the test.
- Test Execution: Initiate the test through the software interface, typically with a simple "RUN" command. The computer-controlled system will automatically apply the compressive load to the specimen at the specified rate. Monitor the test progress through real-time data displayed on the computer screen, including load versus time curve.
- Data Collection: The software collects data during the test, including applied load, displacement, and time. Optionally, the software may allow the user to select the number of decimal points for load, strength, and speed display.
- Test Completion: Once the specimen reaches failure or the test is complete according to the predefined criteria, the machine stops applying load automatically. Record the maximum load sustained by the specimen and any other relevant data displayed on the software interface.
- Report Generation: Generate a test report using the software, which may include: Test parameters (e.g., specimen ID, dimensions, material type). Test results (e.g., maximum load, compressive strength). Load versus time curve (if selected). Any additional information or comments provided by the user.
